Blocking Driver for Clients
How to prevent specific drivers from being assigned to particular clients.
If a client is dissatisfied with a specific driver, they can block that driver, ensuring that future reservations do not include the driver in the list of available options. To block a driver for a client, follow these steps: Navigate to the Clients section. Open the desired client's profile. Go to the Preferences section. Search for the driver the client wishes to block. Save the changes to ensure the driver is excluded from future reservations.
